STATUTORY AUDIT SERVICES
The Firm provides audit services including audits of financial statement of limited companies, partnerships and societies through the professional practicing chartered accountants. We conduct audits of clients as stipulated under the various laws in Pakistan or conduct them as special assignments where requirement of audit is not mandatory.
Audits are conducted using international audit guidelines and generally accepted auditing practices (GAAP) and are strictly in accordance with the code of conduct of audits outlined by the International audit approach.
Internal Auditing
Any business should ensure that the policies, procedures and the set of internal controls should be robust, properly implemented and followed. Our internal audit experts will visit the client on regular basis to help the management achieving the same objective by identifying and reporting any deviations to the senior management. In the due course, we will identify the weaknesses of the internal control system and suggest improvements there on.
Other Audit Related Services In addition to statutory audits we perform management audits covering the following fields of an enterprise:
Development of Control System, we perform reviews of existing internal control systems to identify discrepancies and weaknesses and recommend improvements. We also design, develop, document and implement customized internal control systems and organizations's policies and procedures for further improvement in the changing business environment
